Kelsea and Sarah are my pelvic floor therapists & they are both amazing!! So kind and helpful with different tips on recovery from breathing exercises to stretches, to the massage therapy they do, to tips on relaxing & just helpful mom to mom advice. They’ve just helped me understand it takes time to recover & reminded me that giving birth & postpartum is a HUGE thing & to give myself grace and time and not be so hard on myself. I’ve felt really seen and understood & most importantly I’ve seen results!! It takes time but I’ve been having less pain over time & I really appreciate their work!

Everyone here is so nice and very knowledgeable. They helped my baby learn how to crawl and were very patient with her. She loved coming here and seeing all the workers every week.
