The ladies are all very kind and helpful. I have had some issues with old insurance not being removed from my account and they have been absolutely wonderful about working with me and having had to reschedule appointments. Dr Wyatt was FANTASTIC! She explained everything very thoroughly and I appreciated the time she spent with me. :)
I used to go to corporate locations before moving, and now I will never go anywhere else. It was my son’s first time at the eye doctor and the doctor was so kind, patient, and explained everything to him. Everyone there was fabulous. 10/10 would recommend!
I had what I considered an emergency eye issue. I called in the morning and they got me an appointment early afternoon with Dr. Long. She was quick to diagnose, answered all of my questions and offered a very timely treatment. I will continue to use Normandy for my future eye health & vision care.
