So, Im gonna start off by saying I had an pretty rough day. Starting with my pipes freezing, rough news with health issue, and then coming come, after a long day of appts, to a freezing house that had my 2 cats and dog shivering in. I have never experienced having to call for anything maintenance wise on my homes til last night. Searching for a 24 hr company that could come in asap to get us up and running seemed like a nightmare. My 2 little boys were cold, it was 9pm and finally after losing hope and crying, I called Johnson Heating. The owner picked up right away. He arrived within 20 min of my call (and I'm 20 min from the business). I was praying forna quick easy fix, and he prayed over my furnace. Within 5 to 10 minutes, voila!!!! Heat!!! He was very thorough, courteous, and professional. I wont be calling anyone else in the future should any other issues arise with furnace or Central air unit. You have my business and will be referring anyone in need to you. Thank you so much! You made a what felt like a beaten day, end in tears of happiness!
