I had a great experience at Great Clips in Washington, MI. I went a few weeks ago and Lieren cut my hair exactly like the picture I showed her. It did look great but after a couple washes, I felt like I needed more layers so I went back yesterday to have my hair thinned and layered a bit more. Amber did my second haircut and also did a great job!! Both stylist's were helpful, pleasant, capable and the price was great!
Visited this location after a year of living in the area (usually kids get cuts by a family member.) It is very close to home which means after our great experience, we will be returning regularly.
The location is clean, in a nice strip just past Meijer. The inside is very clean and organized and has really cute decor up for back to school, really inviting to kids and parents. The other customers seemed happy to be there, even with a short wait. They even gave my kids pencils, erasers and candy after their cuts. It was a nice little spot to go to before getting back to school.
