They repaired my roof 2 years ago giving me a 5 year warranty on workmanship and 25 years on material. Noticed problems after Approx. 19 months. Reported this to them 2 weeks ago. They promptly came out to inspect and agreed that water was getting under the coating They installed. They told me they would get back to me in 4 days with a proposed fix. It has now been 10 days and no call back even after I left one message reminding them about the promised call back.You can tell how good a company is by how they handle problems.
