I bought a microwave on line... it doesn't work. There was absolutely no customer service, I'll have to drive out to Warren. I couldn't find a phone number, when I finally did they said they couldn't help. What a pain. Buy from Amazon

This place has really gone down hill recently! The employees barely speak English and the ones that do have their facedown in their phone strolling in front of cars in the parking lot. The cashiers are the only decent part about going here! I used to choose this one over the 14 mile one since it's closer and defended it no matter what anyone else said. Shopping carts and trash all throughout the parking lot makes it seem like you really are in the ghetto! I'll never step foot nor recommend this location to anyone ever again! The Gratiot one is trash and this is very close to what that one is turning out to be. It's not even the customers it's the whole staff, besides the cashiers.

I visited the store today, I went to place an order for cupcakes, there was a girl who help one customer, she never acknowledged that my daughter and I were standing there for over 18 minutes. There was another young girl who was having a conversation or argument on the phone while pushing bakery items on the cart. She just walked right by and didn't acknowledge that we needed help. This Walmart location is horrible, it seems that there were so many people walking around doing nothing. My daughter and almost was hit my a young boy pushing a cart really fast and not looking where he was going, he didn't say excuse at all, he walked away.
