Technical support from shawn was above and beyond what I could have expected. He spent over an hour on the phone diagnosing my issue to make sure I received all replacement items to get my damaged unit operating like new.
Shawn and lorie answered the phone and helped me figure out what part I needed. I emailed pictures to them and they had the part in stock. Gave me a wonderful price I couldn’t believe it!
