So glad we hired SAS! They were fantastic and did an excellent job with our basement waterproofing. They did what they said they were going to do in the time frame they promised and were very professional. They were more than fair with the price for the job and very conscientious with our home and property. They cleaned up after themselves and provided a lifetime warranty. The work they do is really hard labor and they are experts. They exceeded our expectations on so many levels. We highly recommend them and know other family members who have used them were also very satisfied. We have piece of mind now with our basement and know we won’t have any problems going forward.

We had SAS and their team do multiple jobs for us- they replaced our roof, they encapsulated our crawl space, installed a new sump pump with a wireless monitor, and installed new gutters. I would highly recommend them- they have knowledgeable, professional staff. They were timely and communicated the project timelines.

Came out looked at my problem, gave me a price but also gave me a idea/pointer of something I could try to resolve my problem for free. Said if that dont work then give them a call back.
