Chris and his son came out promptly for an evening call on a Saturday after our toddler had an accident in the recliner in her bedroom, chair looks and smells much better, and I am hopeful that Chris was able to catch it in time so that the chair will not be ruined. My boxer had an accident and I was unable to eliminate the stain. I called and Chris answered immediately. He offered some other treatment suggestions, but he came out the same day to clean my area rug! Chris and his son were very thorough and tidy.
