This company has been great. Every technician that has been to my home has been nothing but kind, courtesy, and goes above and beyond. My old house needed alot of work and Lakeview has always sent the right person. Joe, Matt and Thomas gets the job done. They actually listen to my concerns and dont ever try to oversell me. I own a pizzeria, had an exhaust fan issue and wanted my furnace units checked while up on the roof. I was told maybe today but definitely tomorrow. Made my heart happy because we were done being super hot (90+ degrees in our cooler parts of the store), and another company I called told me two to three weeks to come out. They were out within an hour half of contacting them. Bob was so meticulous in repairs and going over each unit even in the super hottest part of day. John joined in and helped as well. Both were super knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and answered any additional questions for future maintenance requirements. Fully and highly recommend!
