Had a few other companies come out to take a look at my air conditioner at my restaurant and they could not figure out the problem/fixed it short term and it needed another repair. I called Kens and they had an extremely friendly tech named Eric who came and fixed the issue, waited for a few to make sure everything was good, and then received a follow up call from the company to make sure everything was good.I told their tech Eric I will only be using them for my additional restaurants, and he mentioned they did residential work as well. Not only did I, but two family members as well have them coming out to look at our heating systems so they're ready for the cold months.HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Al fixed our issues with furnace circuit board after our basement flooded. We were told by our HVAC service man that he couldn’t make it out until later in the week. Al was at our neighbors house and came over to look at our system, got it running on override and said he would order a new board and put in with in two days.He did that and got our water heater restarted after us trying for three days.
