The person who came out to do the quote spent a lot of time going over everything was very friendly & helpful. The day of the install the workers were careful to keep the doors we asked them to be mindful of closed due to our indoor only cat. They did an excellent job on the flooring. I love how everything turned out.

Wish I had taken before and after photos. 10/10 would recommend. Really easy seamless process. No pressure consultation and flexible with my schedule for installation.
My installers were very communicative with me and easy going. Appreciate all their hard work as redoing an entire house in two days was no easy ask.

Everyone from Rico who was handing out the flyers, to the gentleman who I talked to at the store were so up beat and represented your company so well. The salesman Cody, the first thing I noticed was the way he was dressed. VERY PROFESSIONAL, and I think that was the first thing I said to him. You never see sales people in dress pants, blazer, nice shoes etc, It was so refreshing to see. Normally the sales person is in jeans and a polo shirt with the company name on it. Even though the installation crew were running a bit late ( sh... happens), they came in and were done , cleaned up and gone in around 2 hours. Very nice too!
