I can’t say enough good things about my attorney, Ron MacKool. I was facing an OWI and a felony drug charge after a field test incorrectly came back positive from my Ozempic shot for fentanyl. I knew the entire time that it wasn’t true—that it was just a semaglutide shot, but it was extremely difficult having to defend myself against something I didn’t do when an officers arrest report is claiming different.
From the beginning, my attorney believed me and took my case seriously. He immediately pushed to have the substance sent to a lab for proper testing and guided me through every step, including suggesting a polygraph, which I passed.
