Removed a yellow jackets nest for me. All of the staff was very professional. Wayne did a great job and answered all of my questions afterwards. Also showed up on time. Good service.
I first went to Warren office both Joe and the lady at the front were extremely helpful with extensive information. I requested a home inspection and Joe came out same day within 2 hours. Home visit very detailed with a lot of explanations and provided instructions on use of some supplies to assist to keep home rid of any insects. I would definitely refer this company and Joe to others. Excellent service. All this transpired on 4/5/2023. Rating 10 out of 10Service: General pest inspection
When I called Kathy was very helpful and knowledgeable about my gnat problem. She told me to come in and get drain gel. Also, there was a sweet young girl, Erin that was very helpful with explaining how to use it when I came to pick it up. I highly recommend this family owned business, and will use them again if I need them.
