I have had Mo as my heating and cooling tech for 15 years, since he worked for Tony at Custom Temperature Control and built my beautiful furnace. When Tony retired, Flame bought that shop and inherited Mo, the best HVAC service person in the land. How lucky they were to retain him. There's nothing he doesn't know about furnaces and other techs call him to help figure out problems. That said, I had an emergency on a Sunday in February and held my breath. Thank you Brandon! Two other companies told us we needed to replace our entire boiler system, and drop a ton of money, which was not the case. Brandon came in, found the source of the problem (replacing just a couple pipe parts and a valve), explained why it was in no way necessary to replace the whole thing, fixed it, and carried on. We appreciate his honesty and great work.
