I have had Mo as my heating and cooling tech for 15 years, since he worked for Tony at Custom Temperature Control and built my beautiful furnace. When Tony retired, Flame bought that shop and inherited Mo, the best HVAC service person in the land. How lucky they were to retain him. There's nothing he doesn't know about furnaces and other techs call him to help figure out problems. That said, I had an emergency on a Sunday in February and held my breath. Mo wasn't working that day, so they sent Josh. Josh turned out to be professional, respectful, conscientious, and dogged in his efforts to solve my shut down furnace problem. He was so determined to fix it and tried multiple things several times to get it to kick on. Finally, he solved the problem. He charged me only the basic fee to evaluate the problem. I love Mo, but now I have TWO Flame HVAC techs whom I really trust and rely on.
Rob was professional, efficient and super helpful. He even offered to help set up our new washer and dryer for us while he was working on some gas leaks in the basement. Would 10/10 recommend!
