I called and asked how much a cut, color and straightening would cost. A couple days later when I went in, I again went over how much the charges would be. She charged me $50 MORE than what she had quoted me, even though I had asked twice. The treatment left scabs all over my head. When I called to talk to her about all of this she said she couldn’t tell me during the treatment that it was going to cost more, because she was busy. She then told me she paid good money for her materials so she refused to give a refund. I ended up paying good money for a bad experience and scabs all over my head.

I had the worst experience at this salon and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE. The Indian lady that cut our hair was very very rude. She messed up my hair and also she messed up my sisters eyebrow. She doesn’t know how to do her job right n especially she doesn’t know how to talk to her customers. She finished one eyebrow n she denied to do the rest and she threatened us saying she’s gonna call the cops. Please don’t go to this hair salon. It’s the worst

the indian lady was super rude and after she cut my hair i had some patches and she made me look super retarded. i do not recommend ANYONE to go hear i’ve never had a worst experience. i also asked her to do a certain haircut and she did something completely different from what i asked.. please don’t go here
