MASTER AUTO REPAIR
“My car broke down right across the street at Loui’s on Saturday night. I knew I needed to replace the rear brakes soon…but I waited too long and the caliper seized making the car almost immobile. I was able to pull the car across the street right next door to Master Auto repair…then I got a ride home. Monday morning I drove my wife’s car to Master auto repair, went inside and explained to the mechanic what happened. I asked if he could squeeze me in the same day as I use my car for my work and can’t be without it. I asked what the normal charge for rear brakes was and was told that they were either $120 or $180 depending on the number of pistons. I was told I would get a call in the afternoon with a total price. Sure enough at about 1:15 I got the call. The calipers were able to be re-used and the total for new pads and rotors was $300 out the door. He also said he would have it done by the end of the day! I was beyond relieved as I had been fearing a much higher bill! Sure enough, I got a call at 4:30 saying the car was all set to go! When I picked it up I was shown the old parts, told what was fixed and had a wonderful conversation with the manager, Amin. I’m regretful that I did not catch the name of the mechanic that helped me out of a huge bind and took care of me with kindness, quality work, great price, and a smile on his face. I can’t recommend these guys enough!!! Absolutely my new repair shop for all my needs!!!!”
