I recently had the pleasure of visiting chili peppers at this location. I was very hesitant because I have not tanned since 2013 and overall just nervous. ? B U T I must say, the customer service was outstanding!!!!! N E N made me feel so comfortable. She was extremely honest & helpful with everything I asked. From the moment I entered the salon, I was greeted with a warm and friendly smile. Nen was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, answering all of my questions and offering guidance on the best tanning options for my skin type.What impressed me the most was the attention to detail and personalized care I received. My husband and I have been going here for over 20 years. We have always been extremely impressed with how clean it is kept.Our youngest daughter worked there before Covid hit and as parents we were pleasantly pleased with how flexible they were with hours for her.The staff is always inviting and greets you with a smile on their face. Brit is always knowledgeable with what lotions to use and how long you should tan to work up to the maximum time.We can’t say enough about how happy we are as customers here.
