BPS did a large project for me, and about 18 months later, some issues came up. I called the owner, Alex, who quickly inspected the work, acknowledged the problems, and suggested improvements. Two weeks later, his crew spent a full day fixing everything and making the space even better. Problems happen—but how a company handles them is what matters. Alex and his crew were fantastic! They removed old blown-in insulation from our attic, which wasn't an easy feat considering it was contaminated with debris from a roof replacement, and installed new spray foam insulation throughout the attic. They were clean, efficient, communicative, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

The owner sold me this job. I had gotten 2 other quotes. I likes his presentation. He answered a lot of my questions and knows this product well. I was schedule about a week later for my install. A crew of 3 showed up to perform the work and were done within the day. They showed up at 9 and by 3 or 4 they were pretty much done. Very professional. I took that day off of work so I could witness the operation. Any errors were immediately taken care of to my satisfaction.
