Dr. Narayan Verma at BGTricounty Neurology Sleep Clinic PC is an awesome, kind, and understanding doctor who listens to patients and their needs. He is a very well respected, senior, and knowledgeable doctor that listens, cares, and understands his patients. Dr. Verma takes the time to listen to full medical histories instead of rushing through visits. He is thorough, patient, and clearly knowledgeable, carefully reviewing prior labs and asking thoughtful questions. He does not brush anything off and orders appropriate tests and referrals to make sure nothing important is being missed. He treats the whole picture and helps connect the dots. The PAs also take great care of patients, making them feel heard. The staff is very friendly and thorough, and they listen to what works best for each patient. However, some patients have experienced long wait times, waiting an hour or more past their appointment time.
My son was recently diagnosed with PANDAS/PANS and I found Dr. Narayan on the Medical Academy of Pediatric Special Needs page. This diagnoses and symptoms have been a horrific experience for my son and our entire family. Finding a physician who actually cares and is knowledgeable on PANDAS/PANS has been a struggle. Dr. Narayan was very detailed and understood and exactly what we have been enduring. He was emphatic and immediately told us what it was that we needed. Dr Verma and his PA Kristin Hardecki are absolutely amazing. They both listen to my concerns and strive to establish a treatment plan that is effective. I always feel like my questions are answered and my appointments are never rushed. I also need to give a special shout to Jodi. Thank you for all that you do❤️ She is the best at her job!!!
This man is awesome! He knows just what you need. He is very kind and understanding. He listens to you and your needs. He is a great Doctor. I recommend him to the fullest. Thanks Doc for everything. I'll see it you soon.
