I have been going to Oakland Primary Care for more than 20 years. Dr. Ionescu is the most caring doctor. She takes her time and discusses everything that she needs to for you to know. If there are any questions that you have she will answer. She takes time out and will call you even if it off hours or on the weekends to follow up with a test results or medication that she recently prescribed to see how well you are doing. She is a breath of fresh air in the medical field. She makes you feel at ease and having a one on one with her is very comfortable. She everything you want for a doctor and your medical care.
Easy to schedule appointments, friendly, competent staff. I would recommend this place to anyone in need of good, solid care. I have been to places where contacting a human is near impossible and the staff is so overwhelmed that they scream at you through emails. You won’t find this here, and that’s what I love about this place.
My experience was very nice very professional as usual I was treated with special care as always I was told everything that was happening the technicians were wonderful as well as the nurses thank you very much
