I can't recommend the ARK team enough! Halfway through 2025 I moved my properties from a different management company (complete nightmare) to ARK.
I intentionally waited 6 months to be able to make a proper assessment and I can say that the ARK team is thorough, responsive and communicative. They treat both owners and tenants with respect, help find compromise and keep everyone's interest at heart. They had to manage through some unexpected significant repairs and I don't know I would have been able to navigate it without them.
