Punctual and went right to work diagnosing the problem. He replaced the capacitor, explained what and why the work was necessary and took time to check the unit to make sure I would have a working unit for the upcoming heatwave. I and my family will continue to use Aladdin Heating and Cooling for our heating and cooling needs.
