My mother passed away recently in August. I want to say Emily from the Warren location was absolutely incredible. From start to finish this young lady took care of all and including the slightest details requested. We cannot thank her enough for the time and compassion Emily put forth ! Again… thank you sincerely
This was the place we had our dads funeral 2018. The service was excellent and we had no problems. This is the place we are going to have my brothers funeral 2023...so far, so good. Especially with our requests and plans. No complaints from them and always always trying their best.
About 2 weeks ago we had my father's military funeral here. We have nothing bad to say. We do however have excellent reviews. Erin is who we dealt with and she has gone above and beyond to help my mother during this difficult time. She has gone so far as to bring the urn to my mother because she's handicapped.The funeral home was beautiful, the staff was great and made sure we had everything we needed. I am so happy that I was the one to help choose where to have the service. Going forward, this will be our choice, A H Peters in Warren.I even raved to my Facebook neighborhood page, all that replied from my neighborhood raved as well.Keep up the great work.
