Not only did Jeff meet us out at our dock twice, he also stopped out a few times to make sure everything was going well when we were not around. This was a new experience for us, so I called Jeff multiple times to walk me through the hoist and what we would need. He answered my call every time and helped our family with a hoist we will enjoy for many years. We were late into the boating season and the field crew did what they could and expedited the build and set up. The customer experience is second to none. Thank you Jeff and your team!“
