Mike was very helpful in pointing out the issues with a rather distressed property my son wanted to purchase. He is very knowledgeable as a licensed builder and was able to offer very useful advice on the property. I highly recommend him.

Mike has done multiple inspections for my family and came highly recommended. After he completed our home and pool inspection - we can see why! He is very knowledgeable and talks you through the whole inspection process while even explaining how to fix minor things yourself and how you can save money while taking care of your home. He tells you how and why certain things should be fixed and it is clear he knows what he is talking about. He was very thorough and answered all of our questions. We would absolutely recommend Mike - you are definitely paying for quality and experience!
