First time customer. April was kind enough to meet with me prior to my first appointment. We had a conversation about my hair care. She advised me based on her professional opinion and explained to me her approach for treatment of my hair. My first appointment was today. April ensured that her and I were on the same page for services today. I appreciated her friendliness and professionalism. I was happy at the end of the appointment.
