Don't buy your glass from here.. Order glasses, and now, a month later, they tell me after driving 2hrs to get them that, oh, they broke them, so another month.
With the cost you pay for glasses.... The staff has no regard for customers. Not even a phone call.

I booked in advance, and they had availability right away within 2 weeks. Scheduling was easy. Check in was easy. The seating area is comfortable, but I was also called in right away and on time. Lindsey was efficient and super pleasant and accommodating. Dr. Dix is incredible at her job and is incredibly kind and polite. I would drive a lot further than 2.5 hrs for this kind of service. She found my lattice degeneration in both eyes, took the time to thoroughly explain it to me in a way I understood, and they offered to schedule me for next year or to set a reminder. Incredible service, doctor, and staff!! I couldn't ask for more!

Couldn't get an appointment in Kalamazoo to have my cataracts removed, they were scheduling four months out. A friend told me about Grand Rapids Opthalmology (GRO). I called them and got a consultation for the following day. Dr Muallem was very professional and suggested the Light Adjustable Lenses, which corrects the near and far sightedness. He said that there was a 99.7% success rate. I had the surgery a couple of weeks later, five days apart. Three weeks later I returned to see Dr Flikkema for the adjustments, a week apart. Finally the sealing took place and now I have 20/20 vision and no glasses needed. I found out later that only the large cities have this... read full review
