The service I received today was exceptional. The eye technician’s (Matthew & Lucy) were so nice and professional. Dr.Gindzin is such a great Optometrist, great experience today. Staff very nice also.

Dr. VanderLugt was, as usual, friendly and easy to talk to. Luckily I had no issues other than a slightly stronger prescription. And Jon happily and efficiently helped me choose frames for my new glasses, answering my questions about cost and other details.

Don't buy your glass from here.. Order glasses, and now, a month later, they tell me after driving 2hrs to get them that, oh, they broke them, so another month.
With the cost you pay for glasses.... The staff has no regard for customers. Not even a phone call.
