After years with same eye dr I switched 2 years ago to Grand Rapids Ophthalmology and have had ONLY good experiences. Again today I dropped in to pay a bill and asked a simple question for FUTURE reference. I was immediately sent to the contact lenses desk and talked to Samantha. She answered my question, sent me home with a five day sample, ordered a second sample of another brand. No charge no hassle - just “try these. Let me know what you think, which you might like!” She made me feel that I was important to her and the business!

Dr. Dix is great - efficient, personable, informative. Spends enough time to ensure your questions are answered. Gives options for glasses, no pressure if you don't need a change. All around good experience.
