Fast, friendly and efficient. The entire transaction could not have been better. I saw their billboard and called them with a list of plumbing and HVAC items that I needed done. For starters, it was great that Three T's has such a broad skill set. Instead of calling a plumber and another HVAC service, I just called Three T's. Scheduling was easy and convenient. They came out and did an initial assessment, allowing me to ask questions and adjust the scope of work as necessary. The proposal/estimate took about 48 hours and was accomplished online, saving me time and effort. Once I signed the contract, the work was scheduled for about a week out (none of it was urgent), and it was all completed in a day. Once I had a chance to look it over, I requested an adjustment and that was accomplished in a timely manner. The Family employees were friendly and polite. Pro-Veteran Company. Work Performed: New exterior front faucet install, adjusted existing rear faucet, dryer vent replacement, furnace filter cabinet replacement, new garbage disposal install, and replace kitchen sink tap. Will use them again for all of my HVAC and plumbing needs.👍
