When I say Ashley is the worst nurse practitioner I've ever met with is a far understatement. Insanely unprofessional all the way up to the front desk. Where they're just as rude as the doctors and the nurses. If you are a human I recommend you going to a veterinarian clinic before you go to this place especially if you value your health!!!

If I could do zero stars I would..the lady at the front desk her name was Karen which I don’t know if that was a coincidence, but she was completely rude! I forgot my insurance card so SHE said I could go home and get it so I did mind you I live exactly 1 minute from the office but come to find out my husband had it in his wallet..so I call up there to ask is I could send her a PDF of the front and back of my insurance card and she tells me no because I’m already 16 minutes late for the appointment. If I were you I wouldn’t waste your time here go somewhere else.

I have gone McLaren my whole life and have had multiple ultrasounds done and they put the wrong IUD in me found out five years later from my OB/GYN that it was the wrong one and it gave me ovarian cysts does no research and does not know what they are talking
