I got my first tattoo at age 43! I was super nervous and Sarah made me feel very comfortable and assured me that I would be Ok! When she started, I was like oh that’s it I’ve waited 43 years for nothing lol! Sarah did amazing on my first tattoo. Her shop is very welcoming and clean!!! I can’t wait to get my next tattoo and relax!! Thanks Sarah!!!!
Nick went above and beyond to help me get my salon ready for it's grand opening. What I thought was just a quick painting turned into him fixing all my sanding and the cracks in the trim. It was so nice to see someone take such pride in their work. After was even better. It was even cleaner than what I left it. The cutting in to the ceiling was perfect. Everything about it was just amazing. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone and will use him again for all future jobs. I wish I would have found him sooner! Thank you so much!!
Very clean, well taken care of, place. Easy in and out. Not sure how the price compares as it's the only place I've been. It's never been too busy to get in. Plenty of products to choose from, but not pressured into buying it. Very relaxed atmosphere. Staff was very helpful in making sure I didn't burn myself on my first visit. The recommendation was perfect and gave me a good starting point for my super easily burnt skin completion. She recommended 5. Was perfect. I went for 7 on my own on the next visit and slightly burned. My advice is, listen to the good advice they give. :-)
Very nice salon to go to the staff is very nice. And my hairstylist McKenzie is very nice. I would recommend her to be your hairstylist.Will get someone in. if they’re in a hurry to get their hair done, I recommend going here.??

Shawn came to my lake house outside of Lapeer (Elba Twp.) and did a thorough inspection of my roof, including a look in my attic, which no other co. did. He took lots of pictures to show me. He has a fun personality and was easy to work with. Not a pushy salesman at all. I got 6 quotes and Star Improvement was by far the best. Once I made my decision, the new roof was done within a week. Their equipment and materials were dropped off Thursday afternoon and the guys were there at 7:30 Friday morning. Jeremy knocked on my door, introduced himself and went over the plan with me. I went outside with him so I could point out where i thought the problem was and was curious if i was right. He promised to take pictures of the area I referenced, he did, and I was right! I popped outside every so often to check on the progress and never saw them just sitting or resting. When I had a question about a piece of trim, Joe explained the how/what of it, smiling the whole time. When the job was done, Joe knocked on my door to let me know, went outside, and asked if I had any questions. None. It was a great job. Very professional, friendly crew. They completely cleaned up everything (and put back things they moved away from the house). I am a widow, 68 years old. I highly recommend Star Improvement to everyone.
Drain for washer put in and new supply lines. Outdoor faucet replaced. Crew was great and did a very good job.

We just had them put a new roof on for us. Wow these guys work like machines. They are fast, friendly and do excellent work. Paul said they will have it done in two days and it was done in a day and a half. I could'nt be more happy with this company and the job they did for us. And all for a good honest price. My wife is happy, so I’m happy. Lol. They recommended me a high quality paint and the price was still very affordable. I was surprised at how fair this company was because every other painter I have talked to wanted to charge an arm and a leg. I appreciate their honesty and amazing work ethics. Will be recommending them to my friends and family.
I absolutely love Dr. Link. He is caring and does everything he can to help your pet. Now, I do also use Bavarian Vet but that’s because they are set up for diagnostics. Different tools for different jobs. I use Dr. Link for literally everything else. Dentals, vaccines, lopping off a lipoma, etc. The only reason for the drop to 4 stars instead of 5 is because getting in contact is difficult (old phone system so you just have to keep calling until they are off the phone) and the desk staff are frequently rude or unaware of anything. But those are minor issues and Dr. Link makes the trip there totally worth it!
They worked me into the schedule for a double process color and did amazing work. I've been getting compliments every day. Everyone in the salon is a lovely person and it has a welcoming atmosphere. They are my new go- to salon!
