Exceptional customer service. I bought a new home for my family in the summer of 2024 that had a roof put on by Weather Seal back in 2019. Once we moved in we started having a significant water leak in the roof. Knowing that it was Weather Seal that had installed I reached out to the owner Al to tell him my dilemma. He said he would look into the address to verify that it was correct and that the work was still under warranty. Well, Al was not only a man of his word and called me back. This company is scheduled to do our roof this week and the schedule was delayed. I needed more info on timing of our units roof and I would up getting ahold of Al, the owner. Great guy, great info! His team is in our sub busting butt and doing 1 roof a day, which is quite an accomplishment. I'm glad our association chose this company to take over our contract!
