Small business owner here and I have the benefit of working with Jason and David at the Utica MI location. They have been a resource for us to find the right equipment for the job, and have been flexible with our crazy schedule. If we run into an issue Jason and his team are quick to solve.Forget Sunbelt, go see these guys!
Everyone, from sales to delivery to pickup is great. The sales team always recommends exactly what we need and the drivers are great from drop off, instructions, and pickup. The lifts are up to date and in great shape, which helps us to deliver an on time quality installation for our customers.
The staff at the Shelby Township location was fantastic - knowledgeable, efficient, courteous... could not have asked for better service! United Rentals will be my go to place for all future business or personal equipment rentals!
