We purchased our spa 8 years ago and it has been awesome. The original owner retired and his cousin has since taken over - Stephanie. She is always so helpful. We have had our spa serviced a few times by their technician Greg who is professional and top notch. He always is fair and does his work in a timely manner! I recommend Tradewinds to all my friends!

Bought a new house with a jacuzzi. Had them come out to double check that everything was okay. They found the problem and fixed it for a very reasonable price. A year later we had a problem and called them up. They were out the next day, and admitted that it was a seal that came loose on the original installation. He told us we were all set and to have a great day.
In short, friendly, prompt, reasonable price, fixed the problem, admitted when there was a mistake (I wouldn't have known better), made it right immediately. This is how you would hope every business was run.
