Their customer service is outstanding. I refilled my spa last week and when I went to my set of directions for balancing the chemical I realized I needed Metal Gone (we have well water). I had no idea where I would get this on short notice since everything is shut down. I called Tradewinds Spas. Their Novi location is currently closed, but they were going to be in the area and they brought my chemicals to my house! That day! Way to go above and beyond! And the spa water looks great!

We have purchased two Caldera spas from tradewinds. The people and product are excellent. We would never go anywhere else.

Honestly this is one of the biggest investments we've made since getting married aside from our home. The spa we chose was the Utopia Cantabaria and Keith was our salesmen for the entire experience. I have to say, with our old spa we've been to a dozen spa stores but when you walk into Keith's store, it's a totally different experience. Right off the bat you can tell Keith loves what he does and has more knowledge than any other store you'll ever walk into. He cares about the customer and he even fought to get us the model we preferred even though they were now pushing a different model. What he did different than everyone else is "He listened" and then helped us make the right choice. When we made the right choice he fought to make sure we paid the lowest possible price. Then he really went to work. Several site visits to make sure the spa would fit perfectly into our deck. Then he coordinated with the electrician to schedule him for his part of the install. When he arrived at the site and prepped the deck, you would have sworn the years old deck was cut to fit that spa because it was truly a seamless install. He even strengthened areas of the deck that loosened from the hatch cuts they had to make for service work. And finally, he always seemed to care. I don't know how many businesses these days just hold out their hand for your money and don't care about the services they provided. I don't manage my team that way and I could tell Keith had customer service skills that were light years above others. All in all, it was an amazing process and after the electrician finishes his work, we will have use of the hot tub this weekend. Honestly I couldn't have asked for a better experience with Tradewinds spas and Keith. From our first time visiting to the time he hauled the old tub away and installed the new one, there wasn't one surprise or complaint. If you need a hot tub from the Cantabaria down to a small two person tub, I would 110% recommend Tradewinds Spas in Utica, MI hands down. I'm sure this spa will last many many years but when they make a bigger one someday and we want to make a change, Keith at Tradewinds will be our first and only call!
