Jim, owner of Swift does not try to upsell you on bells and whistles that are not needed. He gives an honest opinion and an honest quote. He was very patient with us as we were a bit undecided on the roofing color. His crew did an entire tear off and new roof (56 squares) in 2 days, including replacing several plywood sheets and rotted fascia boards. They also did siding work and gutters for us.
We have a lot of plants around the house and they managed to avoid damaging most of them. I quoted 3 other companies, did a lot of research on material cost and his prices are very fair. Most importantly he doesn't apply a zip code tax! Referring Swift... read full review

The Swift Family/Swift Services were great to work with. Jim was very helpful during the roof selection/estimation process. Very transparent with options; did not try sell me anything I did not need. I worked with Jenny to pick the start date and the crew was in and out in one day. They arrived at 10 am after some rain and left by 6pm. Other than having a new roof, you would not have known they were here. Justin provided a very clear invoice to make payment as well as the 10 year workmanship warranty. All in all a perfect experience for such a large investment/ project. I highly recommend Swift Services.

I couldn't recommend a better roofing company! Jim Swift, our main point of contact, kept every single promise he made to us, and didn't accept a single penny until we were satisfied with the job. They even replaced the wood around our windows and painted them without charging any labor. Now, we have one of the most beautiful roofs in the neighborhood, one that people compliment us on when they walk by, and our issues have been fixed! Jim made it clear that we are in a partnership now and if anything goes wrong, he will be there to take a look and/or fix it right away.
