We were in desperate need of a better fitting harness. We walked in and found Loren in the aisle re-stocking harnesses. He stopped what he was doing and helped us try on 3 different harnesses and helped re-size the last one until it was a perfect fit! He was gentle with my dog and was knowledgeable when I asked questions about the harness. Was a great experience! My pup was pooped after the fun visit as you can see!

In particular, Jamie is an absolute gem and clearly cares about the animals she cares for and encounters. She was so helpful in finding me the items I needed and explaining their use to me. We also swapped stories and tips on guinea pig care, and it's so nice to see people who understand the needs of such a misunderstood animal. Tizy groomed our dog and he looked very handsome when I picked him up. He wanted to sit in her lap while I paid for the grooming. The groomer communicated very well and she took good notes on what I wanted. I plan on having her groom our dog in the future.
