We were in desperate need of a better fitting harness. We walked in and found Loren in the aisle re-stocking harnesses. He stopped what he was doing and helped us try on 3 different harnesses and helped re-size the last one until it was a perfect fit! He was gentle with my dog and was knowledgeable when I asked questions about the harness. Was a great experience! My pup was pooped after the fun visit as you can see!

This review is for the employees at this location and NOT for the products or animals carried here by corporate's direction.The employees here are very knowledgeable and helpful. In particular, Jamie is an absolute gem and clearly cares about the animals she cares for and encounters. She was so helpful in finding me the items I needed and explaining their use to me. We also swapped stories and tips on guinea pig care, and it's so nice to see people who understand the needs of such a misunderstood animal. The groomers are very good with my dog, who is a very anxious/nervous pup. However, I have gone multiple times for a walk-in service (nail trim) when the store notes the salon should be open. Only to find out the groomers have all gone for the day. I understand staffing issues happen, but please update your hours online and/or via the phone recording please! Even something that says "hours may be subject to change, please call to confirm". Since I only bring the dog for a walk-in service, this isn't something I can book online to be sure someone will be there.
