Mike did a very thorough and speedy job on my home inspection. He was able to come out pretty much right away, and I got the report the same day. It was all very professional, friendly, and overall a very good experience. I would highly recommend.
Mike is awesome! My fiancé and I are new homebuyers and a 100 year old house is a bit intimidating for newbies like us, luckily Mike’s expertise and knowledge made the inspection process thorough and easy, explaining in easy terms things that need to get done as well as routine maintenance for us to carry out. In the end the experience overall was fantastic!
Mike is very knowledgeable, approachable and helpful. He took the time to explain what he was doing in depth and the report he sends with photos for guidance make all the difference. I can not recommend him enough ! Thank you !
