Ashley helped me out with a problem that Verizon and other Best Buy associates couldn't. She was pleasant and professional while dealing with incompetent support technician's that gave her the run around. She went far and beyond what others had. I can't believe I'm going to review a chain store. However, I believe that where credit is due, it should be given. I have been coming to this Best Buy location for the past 17 years. I have never gone wrong. I came in today for a new computer. I am a nurse practitioner. Computers are not my strong point. But I told him my criteria and he was very patient. He explained the difference between several computers and was never condescending. I really wish I would have gotten his name He was amazing.
