Ashley helped me out with a problem that Verizon and other Best Buy associates couldn't. She was pleasant and professional while dealing with incompetent support technician's that gave her the run around. She went far and beyond what others had. I can't believe I'm going to review a chain store. However, I believe that where credit is due, it should be given. I have been coming to this Best Buy location for the past 17 years. I have never gone wrong. I came in today for a new computer. I am a nurse practitioner. Computers are not my strong point. But I told him my criteria and he was very patient. He explained the difference between several computers and was never condescending. I really wish I would have gotten his name He was amazing. He asked me about my criteria my wants my needs and my budget. He didn't try to sell me something that was overpriced, or out of my league. Based on what I was using it for he found a computer for me that was even below my actual budget. I'm sure the owners probably don't like that however I did still spend quite a bit of money on this computer.. As I said I have had nothing but that experience is from here I have bought several computers TVs printers and basically you name it. I love technology. I'm a gadget geek. That doesn't mean I know a lot about what I'm trying to talk about though. So it's nice that they are willing to always take the time to help me. Overall I definitely recommend this place for your technology needs, and I would and will be back. The geek squad alone is enough to make me come back. Have you tried them yet? They're amazing. Return policy is usually pretty easy as well.
