Did a great job finding the problem with our microwave. It was an over the range one that we had in our brand new kitchen and it failed after a year and a half. Out of warranty so they fixed it for a fraction of the cost of a new one.

Thank you Jay for doing such an excellent job on my stove. He came when he said he’d come and did what he needed to do quickly and cheerfully. He gave me all sorts of tips and tricks too. The service call fee was well worth it to get the job done right the first time.
