I have been going to this salon since 1989. Tracy has been my main stylist for the past 15 or so years. I like how well we work together in picking the right base color then putting in the big chunky purple highlights. Tracy is so awesome to work with and I am glad Cost Cutters kept the staff. Good business move!! Tracy is amazing and I don't trust anyone else with my hair!! Bravo for a smart business decision!!
