“I’ve had chronic lower back paint for 40ish years and would throw my back out every 12-18 months. Then spend a week on the couch babying it back to health. So the last time my back went out, my usual week of recovery didn’t work, nor did 2 or 3 weeks, and my back actually went out again during my 4th week of resting it. At this point I knew I had to do something different and that’s when I contacted Dr. Buller’s office. After a very, thorough evaluation, he proposed a multi-week recovery & improvement plan. I had nothing to lose; my back was a mess and not getting better. After completing the program, I’m basically a different person now. While in treatment he also taught me techniques to better care for my back with stretching and exercises. Since my treatment, my chronic lower back pain is essentially gone, not that it doesn’t get a bit stiff now and then.
