Dr.Potts is amazing the best dermatologist i have ever had. He’s helped me a lot with my acne and always makes sure all of my questions are answered. Janelle the receptionist is phenomenal and so kind-hearted. I called to rebook an appointment and she is so sweet and caring. I don’t think you’ll be able to find a better dermatologist! 100/100 Customer service and there is never a wait in the office when I go!

I have been going to Wayne Health Dermatology in Troy for a year or 2 now and each visit has been a positive experience. Check In is quick, I've never waited in the waiting room more than 10mins, and each employee I have encountered has been kind. I've met multiple dermatologist there and they've all been understanding and treated me like my concerns matter. I hope to always have insurance coverage in their network because I don't want to go anywhere else.

My doctor is great, but the staff sucks at scheduling!! They have canceled my appointments for 3 times for incorrect location timing. I drove all the way from Brighton to Detroit and Troy, ended up leaving in a min for the wrong schedule. I just made a complaint to a manager. I really hope they will improve.
