I had such a great experience at Ulta Beauty recently. I came in to pick up a DoorDash order, and honestly, I was already feeling a little out of place since I’m a guy shopping for women’s products. To my surprise, an employee named Diamond (who wasn’t even on the clock at the time—she was just in the store for her own self-care shopping) went out of her way to help me.
Even though she wasn’t working, Diamond jumped right in and made the process so easy. I primarily go to this location to get my hair done by Rosie. She is so talented and friendly! She's especially great at vivid hair colors. All staff here is always very friendly and helpful.
I have only visited an Ulta beauty once before in Naples, Florida. I was returning a Lands End purchase and was pleased how quickly it was handled plus a $5 discount to use for an Ulta purchase. I didn't know they had on-site brow shaping available and was so pleased the estitician had an opening for me. Love how nice they now look. I will be going back.
