Very happy with my service here! Being a relatively new car owner, something I've been worried about is finding an auto repair shop that isn't ripping me off and does good work. I came here after recommendation from my Mom. The people here are good and honest, the staff are nice, and the prices are great! I will be recommending this place to my friends and family whenever they need repairs to the their vehicles. This will be my go to place whenever I need repairs to my vehicle from now on.

I want to give a Big Thank You! to Kristi Hudson and technician Shane Myers. I had taken my 2018 Chevy Trax to Fox Chevrolet in Rochester After $5,842.58 in repairs and being laughed at by my service advisor Olivia, when I said that was alot for me in repair costs. When the initial repairs were completed. I was told by Ron the service manager that I would need another 4 to $5,000. More in repairs due to my vehicle now overheating. Also,that they would not even give me 1,000 for it towards a trade in. Shane at Troy Auto Care II performed inspections and found NO issues with my vehicle no problems whatsoever. The dealership told me I needed brake pads so I went to Troy Auto Care II. They could have just replaced the pads, but were honest and said I still have 40 percent brake life left. Great experience! Highly recommend
