Kristi Hudson had been instrumental in procuring the correct catalytic converter for my 2004 Toyota Tundra pickup truck from the auto-parts supplier. Due to the corrosion on the defective catalytic converter, the mechanic had a difficult time of removing the bolts. Subsequently, the truck was transferred from Troy Auto Care II to Troy Auto Care on Austin Drive for additional repair work. The repair was accomplished professionally and in a timely manner. I had an issue with my dealership incorrectly installing a part that they refused to look into after I voiced that I had baught my vechicle from them. I also reached out without a response.
