Reynard was extremely helpful when I came in to see a tile for backsplash in person before placing an online order. I'm so glad I came in to see it in person because it was not what I was expecting. Reynard showed me a few other options and within minutes was able to grasp what I was looking for and help us place an order Thank you for saving us lots of time, energy and $$ Rey!

I could browse this store all day looking at the unique tiles and beautifully decorated displays. Firstly, our sales representative Shann Johnson at the Troy location was ahead of his game. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and loved his craft. He made sure that we understood what we were ordering, as an example, I selected a box of Mosaic tile that had different colors and shading. Shann explained to me that the tile will all be different and to expect that. After his explanation It was very clear what to expect and that the tile will be cut from a slab with different colors and patterns. And boy was he correct, but after the tile was laid it told a beautiful story....read full review
